Samuel founded Ciscare in 2005 with a passion to improve the landscape of health related IT. He currently serves as Ciscare's Chief Executive Officer and oversees the company's business strategy, corporate vision and operations.

Samuel earned a bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts from Thomas Aquinas College in Santa Paula, California, a Doctorate in Medicine from Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska, and trained as an Anatomic and Clinical Pathologist at Creighton University. During his medical career, Dr. Caughron has presented and published on healthcare IT both locally and at national conferences. He has been actively involved in the College of American Pathologists, sitting on the Executive Committee of the College's Residents Forum, as well as on the Council for Government and Professional Affairs and the SNOMED International Authority. Before entering his medical training, Samuel developed several commercially published software titles which received industry awards and enjoyed international success.

Alietia works in the medical actuarial field and has been in risk modeling for over ten years. Projects have ranged from environmental air quality modeling for the EPA to actuarial evaluations of agricultural insurance products for the USDA's Risk Management Agency. She holds a bachelor of Liberal Arts degree from Thomas Aquinas College, a Masters of Science degree in Mathematics from the University of Missouri-Kansas City, and a Doctoral degree in Mathematics from the University of Missouri-Kansas City. She was a recipient of the Distinguished Dissertation Fellowship at UMKC, and has taught statistics at the Henry W. Bloch School of Business and Public Administration and mathematical modeling courses at William Jewell College. She has been a member of the Board of Directors of the Greater Kansas City/Western Missouri Chapter of the Arthritis Foundation for four years and was recently invited to join the Executive Committee of the Friends of Linda Hall Library of Science, Engineering & Technology. She is currently working on her Fellowship with the Casualty Actuarial Society.

Courtland joined Ciscare as its Chief Technical Officer and oversees the implementation of the companies core product lines. Courtland Idstrom has 8 years experience in the development of user-focused software. He was a technical director on the Incredibles feature film by Pixar Animation Studios, creating realistic simulations of hair and clothing for the characters. In addition, he improved the state-of-the-art simulation tools to decrease iteration time and allow the artists to explore more creative options in the same amount of time.

Subsequently recruited by Electronic Arts, Courtland created a new animation pipeline which streamlined artist workflow by reducing export work to a single button and providing renderfarm capabilities for batch exports. The tool allowed artists to quickly preview their work inside the game engine, rather than relying on guess-work and waiting for someone else to integrate their work into the game before viewing it. Courtland is credited in the EA games “Lord of the Rings: The Third Age” and “007: From Russia With Love”.

Recruited from High-School, Courtland began his Higher Education at age 16, after completing the 10th grade. He received a full merit scholarship from the Acceleration to Excellence program to attend Simon’s Rock College in Massachusetts, from which he earned an Associate Arts degree. Subsequently, he transfered to the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, where he graduated with Honors and received a Bachelor of Sciences Degree in Computer Science.

Adam is a graduate of Creighton University and the Creighton University School of Law. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a Juris Doctor. He has focused his legal studies on commercial, taxation, and litigation issues, and currently practices law in Omaha, Nebraska. Adam has been involved in the information technology field since beginning college, and has held several positions developing web applications in the academic and private sectors. As Ciscare's Chief Financial Officer, Adam assists the Board of Directors in making business decisions and formulating business strategies. As a practicing attorney, Adam is the Company's liason with its corporate counsel.
